We are originally from New Orleans and relocated to Arkadelphia after Hurricane Katrina.  Before opening up Cajun Snow we had tried other shaved-ice treats in Arkansas but they always fell short from how we KNOW they SHOULD taste (back home in New Orleans we call them "Snowballs").  We ALL know how hot it gets here in Southern Arkansas!  And most folks LOVE shaved-ice….it just simply puts a big smile on everyone’s face so in 2011 we decided to start Cajun Snow.  Some of our fondest childhood memories are walking down to a neighborhood snowball stand and ordering a snowball.  We hope that by enjoying our sweet treats we are a part of making lasting beautiful memories for you and your family.
